Who operates Novix Keys

What the purchase covers
These are digital software-license offers, not physical products. Each product page identifies the version, edition and platform. A perpetual license covers that version under its terms; it does not include new major versions, Microsoft 365, cloud services or lifetime vendor support.
Eligibility and documentation
You must meet the conditions for the exact product, including organization eligibility where applicable. A key is not a substitute for a license entitlement. Retail, OEM and volume channels have different conditions. Retain the relevant license documents and order record. Only inventory with documented US resale and activation eligibility may be sold.
Orders and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated and shown before payment. Stripe handles checkout; we do not store full card details. Keys are supplied after payment verification and inventory reservation. If a paid order cannot be fulfilled, we will arrange an appropriate resolution or refund.
Digital delivery
Keys are provided on the order page and sent to the delivery email after payment is verified. Check that address carefully. Payment checks or technical and email-provider issues can delay delivery. Follow the official installation route for the supplied license channel.
Support and rights
Contact support with the order reference and activation error. Defective supplied keys are handled under the returns and refunds policy. These terms do not remove any non-waivable rights applying to your purchase. Novix Keys is independent of Microsoft.
